Our Policy

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return the product must be in the same condition you received it — sealed, unused, and undamaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item we will make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage or incorrect item and we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return

Email us at customercare@megacare.me with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 working days with return instructions.

Please Note

Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect. Products purchased during sale or promotional periods are non-returnable unless damaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund within 5 to 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
