How do I place an order?

Browse our website, add your chosen products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will need to enter your delivery address and payment details to complete your order.

We process orders quickly so modifications or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.

Yes — you will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We deliver across the UAE and GCC including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

Standard delivery across the UAE takes 1-3 working days. GCC orders take 3 to 7 working days.

Standard delivery is complimentary on all orders over AED 200 in the UAE. A delivery fee applies to orders below AED 200 and will be calculated at checkout.

For delivery across GCC, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.

We do not offer Buy Now Pay Later at this time. We are working on introducing this option in the future.
